Visual Display Enhancements
• Dark, Light, and High Contrast Modes: Provides multiple contrast settings to suit different visual needs.
• Saturation and Monochrome Options: Allows users to simplify the colour scheme or reduce visual clutter.
Additional Tools
• Reading Guide: Helps focus by highlighting lines of text.

Content Design and Continuous Improvement
ICEP Europe’s approach to accessibility also includes broader strategic and content design measures:
• Accessibility considerations are embedded in our internal content and design policies.
• We aim to publish content in accessible HTML formats and reduce reliance on non-accessible PDFs wherever possible.
• Website accessibility is regularly reviewed and updated, informed by internal audits, accessibility guidelines, and user feedback.
• We welcome all feedback related to accessibility, and respond promptly to support individual needs and provide alternative formats if required.
Non-accessible content
Despite our best efforts to ensure the accessibility of our website, we are aware of some limitations, which we are working to fix. Below is a description of known limitations and potential solutions. Please contact us if you encounter an issue not listed below.
• Not all images have appropriate alt text. We are currently reviewing image content and aim to ensure alt text is applied consistently across the site.
• Not all documents are fully accessible. We are currently improving document accessibility by converting content into HTML formats.
• Not all video content has captions/transcripts available. We are working through videos to add closed captions and audio descriptions.
• Not all tables have identified headers to improve accessibility. We are currently reviewing table structures to enhance compatibility with screen readers.
This content is not an exhaustive list of non-accessible content.
We are committed to enhancing the accessibility of our website and continue to make improvements to ensure a more inclusive user experience. While work remains in some areas, ongoing efforts are guided by recognised standards, including WCAG 2.2 Level AA, and follow a structured and prioritised approach.

• PDF documents that were published before 23 September 2018 are exempt from these guidelines except where it is related to a service that a member of the public has to use.
