Penny Peng

Penny Peng is currently working as Quality Assurance Executive at ICEP Europe. She holds a BA in Psychology and a Master of Education in Psychology of Education from Trinity College Dublin. In her role, Penny works closely with the Quality Assurance and Enhancement Manager to support the development and implementation of the Institute’s quality assurance policies and procedures. She contributes to programme validation and review processes, supports the preparation of academic and QA documentation, and assists in ensuring compliance with internal and external regulatory standards. She is actively involved in learner feedback analysis, institutional reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives, helping to ensure the delivery of high-quality, learner-focused programmes across the organisation.
